Delete your Chumie account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Chumie and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

By email

Can't open the app? Email support@chumie.chat from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account, email and profile
• Your companion settings, memories, follow-ups, goals and reminders stored on our servers
• Your usage records

Chats, your journal and your companion picture are stored on your phone and are removed when you delete your account or uninstall the app.

We may keep limited purchase records if the law requires it (for example for taxes), for as long as required.
